Some days it is proving to be a real struggle taking a photograph for this project. The weather really isn’t helping and the time of year is making everything very dull indeed. Today however I actually took twenty one photos; some showing the rain and threatening clouds and some this evening as I was in Bath for tonight’s Bath Rugby match against Bordeaux Begles in the Amlin Cup competition which we won handsomely.
I’ve not really done much night time photography so it was something of a punt and the ones I took at the Recreation Ground really were too much of a challenge for a small camera with no manual controls. But I am quite pleased with this one looking across the weir from the Riverside just downstream from Pulteney Bridge looking towards the Collonade and towards Parade Park.
It is a nice photo.
Thank you kindly. My excuse is that I’ve just got back from the rugby but what are you doing at this time of night?
Sleepless nights here have been status quo for sometime now…
Grrrr, that’s a bugger. Counting sheep?
