Borrowdale Shepherds’ Meet.

Today we have been to the Borrowdale Shepherds’ Meet and I will blog about it in detail in The Sixwheeler Chronicles when I get home and back to a faster WiFi connection.

We had a truly wonderful and charming day; there were sheep being judged, sheepdog trials, dogs being judged (as well as dogs of all shapes and sizes everywhere), a fell race, sticks and crooks, children’s games, handicrafts, food and a beer tent.

I have lots of pictures to share once I’ve had a chance to look at them properly. In the meantime today’s picture is of the judging of one of the very competitive sheep classes.

Oh and the weather today was fabulous too.
