Madonna and Child.

In Le Puy en Velay there are some volcanic stumps and on one of them is this huge Madonna and Child made from bronze recovered from cannon captured at the seige of Sebastopol. On a previous visit I climbed up inside and the views are amazing. Tonight it is the view from my bedroom window.
