Cape Cornwall.

Our last day of holiday in Cornwall and the weather forecast was awful so imagine our surprise and delight when the sun shone. We have decided that Cape Cornwall is quite our favourite spot, so that’s where we headed.

From the car park we crossed the field and climbed up to the day mark where we sheltered as a squall of rain roared in from the sea before we fought the wind and went down to the watch hut and had a long chat with the watcher who was an absolute hoot with some great stories.

In the picture Cape Cornwall with its day mark is on the right, the rocks in the sea to the left are The Brisons, the houses above the bay have the most wonderful views.
