Cattle again I’m afraid.
I said to the farmer “Aren’t those cattle Gloucester’s?” “Yes” he replied “they’re pedigree Gloucester’s”. And very lovely they are too, a rare breed now but only the milk from Gloucesters can be used in the making of both Single Gloucester and Double Gloucester cheeses; both of which are delicious.
They are a small and pretty breed mostly with horns and they look like this.
