Buskers.
I have been known to have a pop at our buskers in Bath. In truth we have a lot of the same people doing the same stuff in the same places, these are not buskers they are professional performers who play outdoors. Some of them are terrible. Most of them use amplifiers which I hate.
Yesterday Mrs Sixwheeler and I came across these, a group of talented and un-amplified Italians. They are called ‘Rumba de Bodas” and are terrific. They played rumba and jazz, attracted a huge crowd and were coining it in. Real buskers.

It’s illegal to busk in Paris. Such a shame!
Busking illegal? That’s a disgrace! I have fond memories of busking in Stratford-upon-Avon with a side of Morris Dancers; spent much of the day in the pub on the proceeds.
You should post a “throw back Thursday” picture of that! What did/do you play?
I’m relieved to say that no such pictures remain; I do however still have my baldrick and bells.
